1. When you order a basic home study course online w/ online exam. The person who is put down in the shipping address area receiving the course (s) is the registered student, Who will receive the text book (s) and or CD's if requested, and who will receive a user name and password to access there final exam. (The Dept of Real Estate requires 18 Days from registration before you are allowed to take each statutory final exam. Date of registration is the day you have the course (s)/
2. If you purchase a salesperson 1st 4 year renewal your waiting period is 3 Days before taking the Final exam. 15hr CE
3. If you purchase a salesperson or broker 4 year renewal your waiting period is 6 to 7 days before taking a final exam. 45hr to 48hr/ 54, Please allow at least 4 days for testing after the wait time.

All Salesperson and Broker Statutory Course Exams are $25.00 for each exam proctored.
NO Proctoring for Continuing Education Courses you may take the exam at our location for Free.
